Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your item(s). However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order for a full product refund (excluding shipping and tax, if applicable), store credit, or an exchange.


Returns

All returns must be postmarked within twenty (20) days of the purchase date. Returned items must be unused and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.


Return Process

To initiate a return, please email [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once approved, securely pack your item with proof of purchase and send it to:

You are responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund, credit, or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days after receipt to process your return. Refunds may take 1–2 billing cycles to appear on your statement. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.


Exceptions & Discretionary Refunds

Refunds may also be approved without requiring a product return. These are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion and apply only to the product price—shipping and tax are non-refundable. Please reach out directly to discuss any concerns.

Please Note:

  • Only unopened products are eligible for return.
  • Refunds for opened or used items are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion.
  • For damaged or defective items, contact support to arrange a resolution.
