Product Availability

We handcraft our products in small batches to ensure quality. Occasionally, items may be listed as “Backorder” while we restock. You are welcome to order these items, but please allow an additional 3–5 business days for production.


Shipping Schedule

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible, typically in weekly batches—most often on Mondays. During periods of high demand, please allow 3–5 business days for order processing and packaging before shipment.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery.


Holiday Shipping

Shipping may take longer during holiday seasons due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business during these times.


Shipping Claims & Responsibilities

Our Simple Things is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.

For damaged shipments, we require image proof of both the packaging and the item(s) received. We will do our best to resolve any shipping issues and ensure a satisfactory outcome for our customers.
