Meet the Makers

We’re Josh and Melissa — a husband-and-wife duo who never set out to start a skincare brand, just to make better options for our own family.

I needed something to ease the relentless itch of PUPPs. One of our kids struggled with eczema. Josh needed something to soothe acne under his beard that didn’t smell like a spa or sting like alcohol.

So over time, we slowly crafted what we couldn’t find: a line of essential-oil-free tallow balms, herbal salves, non-comedogenic face oils, and nourishing masks — all made for our own daily use, and now shared with yours.

I wore a new bra which broke out my skin with bumps and itchy skin. After using this product, the first day the rash was soothed. By the third day, the rash, crusty bumps, and itching disappeared. It also works great on my face as a moisturizer overnight.

i use Grounded for almost anything: dry skin, rashes, ect. I also like that it doesn’t have an overwhelming smell. The balm works great for my beard too.
