Simple Lip Balm started because I wanted something better for my family — and especially for my husband.
He’s not the “put anything on your lips” type. He hates the heavy, sticky feeling most lip balms leave behind and especially can’t stand when they have strong flavors, smells, or aftertastes.
I’m also mindful that whatever we put on our lips, we inevitably ingest. I didn’t want petroleum-based balms, synthetic additives, or even essential oils ending up in our systems — especially for my kids. So I created a truly clean, petroleum-free lip balm made with just three nourishing ingredients.
Simple Lip Balm is a pure blend of grass-fed tallow, organic nilotica shea butter, and beeswax — nothing else. It’s light, smooth, and completely free of essential oils, making it ideal for sensitive skin and safe enough for children.
Even my husband — the ultimate lip balm skeptic — happily uses it now, and it’s become a staple for our whole family.
If your lips have been chronically dry or exposed to synthetic balms, you may notice some gentle peeling at first. That’s a sign of real healing — your lips finally shedding built-up residue and restoring their natural moisture barrier.
This is not just another natural lip balm. It’s a return to simplicity — deeply nourishing, toxin-free, and intentionally made for everyday use by people of all ages.
